The successful bidder will manage executive search, headhunting, and response handling for two executive roles. The work will be conducted over a twelve-month period. Key deliverables include sourcing candidates from local and international pools, screening and shortlisting applicants, coordinating interviews, and performing comprehensive background checks. These checks include verifying qualifications, employment history, criminal records, and credit status. The service provider must also provide regular progress reports to ATNS throughout the contract duration. This tender is issued by ATNS and the work will be performed on an ad-hoc basis as required by the organization.

- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).
