Air Traffic and Navigation Services (ATNS) is seeking a service provider to deliver accredited Assessor and Moderator training for 100 Operational On-The-Job Training Instructors. The training will cover Air Traffic Control, Air Traffic Service Assistant, and Aeronautical Information Management roles. The project will be split into two cohorts of 50 learners, with sessions held at ATNS locations in King Shaka International Airport, Port Elizabeth International Airport, and the Bruma Head Office. Key deliverables include providing qualified facilitators, training materials, conducting assessments, and issuing formal certifications. The training must align with SAQA and SETA standards, with each group session lasting five days. The project must be completed by the specified closing date of 10 July 2026.
What you need to qualify
- CSD registration — Registration on the Central Supplier Database — required to do business with government.
- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
- B-BBEE certificate — A B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit confirming your contribution level.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).
