Description

The eThekwini Municipality is inviting bids for a 36-month contract to provide maintenance, servicing, and repairs for the Ammonia Refrigeration Plant at the Bulk Sale Market in Durban. The scope of work includes routine maintenance and emergency repairs for critical infrastructure, such as screw compressors, cold rooms, air handling units, and electrical control panels. The contractor must ensure all work complies with SANS 10147 and SANS 347 standards. Key deliverables include daily, weekly, and monthly service reports, pressure testing certification, and the provision of a fully equipped, qualified technical team available 24/7.
