The National Home Builders Registration Council (NHBRC) is seeking a qualified service provider to supply one .NET Application Development resource. The work will take place over an eight-month period, totaling 880 hours. The resource will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting NHBRC digital applications. Key tasks include fixing software defects, managing database performance, optimizing Azure DevOps pipelines, and enhancing mobile applications. The resource must also provide technical support and monthly progress reports. This role requires a professional with at least eight years of experience in .NET development and five years in C# development, holding a minimum NQF Level 6 qualification in Information Technology.

- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
- B-BBEE certificate — A B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit confirming your contribution level.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).
