Description

The Cross-Border Road Transport Agency (C-BRTA) is seeking a service provider to implement an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) for approximately 300 employees and their families. The project will run for 36 months across the C-BRTA Head Office and various regional offices in provinces including Mpumalanga, North-West, Limpopo, Northern Cape, Western Cape, Free State, and KwaZulu-Natal. Key deliverables include 24-hour telephonic support, face-to-face consultations, wellness day participation, and the provision of health and financial advisory materials. The provider must meet strict turnaround times of 24 hours for normal cases and 8 hours for emergency cases.
