The Mining Qualifications Authority (MQA) is inviting bids for the support and maintenance of their Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 Cloud Solution. The work will be performed for the MQA and involves a 12-month contract on a time and material basis. Key deliverables include system maintenance, report customization, technical troubleshooting, system integration, and the provision of Microsoft Dynamics 365 licenses as needed. The service provider must supply both senior and junior technical resources to ensure the system remains updated and functional. The project will commence immediately upon the signing of the service level agreement.

- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
- B-BBEE certificate — A B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit confirming your contribution level.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).
