The successful bidder will manage, standardize, and optimize SANBI’s hybrid cloud environment for a three-year period. Key responsibilities include infrastructure management, real-time monitoring, security governance, network management, and 24/7 technical support. The provider must also manage Azure resource reservations and cloud spending. Deliverables include a comprehensive project plan, monthly performance reports, and quarterly status updates. The work will be performed at SANBI facilities. Bidders must demonstrate expertise in hybrid infrastructure and hold specific Microsoft Azure technical certifications. The project requires a minimum functionality score of 70 points to qualify for further evaluation.
