The Commission for Conciliation, Mediation & Arbitration (CCMA) invites bids for Certified Compliance Practitioner (CCP) preparation training. This project involves a five-day online workshop for three employees from the Risk Management team, scheduled for October 2026. The service provider must be accredited by the Compliance Institute Southern Africa (CISA) and provide comprehensive study materials, exam-focused guidance, and practical case studies. Key deliverables include a detailed course outline, facilitator reports, and certificates of attendance for participants. The training must focus on public-sector compliance and prepare learners for the CISA practitioner board examination.
What you need to qualify
- CSD registration — Registration on the Central Supplier Database — required to do business with government.
- Registered company — An active CIPC-registered company in good standing.
- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).
