The service provider must supply an online booking system, two dedicated onsite consultants, and 24/7 emergency support. The provider will manage the CCMA travel policy, negotiate rates, and provide detailed monthly reporting. A compulsory briefing session will be held via Microsoft Teams on 14 August 2026. The contract requires a smooth transition plan to ensure no service interruptions occur during the handover phase.
