The Human Sciences Research Council (HSRC) is seeking a service provider to supply and install a modern 16-channel CCTV surveillance system. The project involves supplying 6 new cameras and 6 new Network Video Recorders (NVRs), as well as installing 10 existing cameras and 10 existing NVRs. The work includes cabling, system configuration, and a 12-month maintenance agreement. The project is located at the Old bus depot in Sweetwaters, Pietermaritzburg. The work covers various facility areas including offices, labs, and a pharmacy. The project is expected to start on 10 April 2026.

- Letter of Good Standing — COID registration and a Letter of Good Standing from the Compensation Fund.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).
