Key deliverables include a project charter, a comprehensive framework report covering policy, governance, financial models, and standard operating procedures, as well as pilot project reports and monthly progress updates. The work will take place in Durban. Bidders must demonstrate extensive experience in catalytic precinct development, public-private partnerships, and integrated spatial planning. The project requires a multidisciplinary team of experts, including engineers, economists, financial specialists, legal advisors, and urban planners, each with over 20 years of experience.
