Description

The Development Bank of Southern Africa (DBSA) invites bids for the appointment of a Professional Service Provider (PSP) for the Lurhwayizo Senior Secondary School project in the Amathole District, Eastern Cape. The project involves multi-disciplinary technical services across FIDPM stages 1 to 7, including planning, design, monitoring, and completion. Key deliverables include the construction of a 5-classroom block, administration facilities, science labs, a library, a dining centre, and security infrastructure.
