The Road Accident Fund (RAF) is seeking a service provider to renew licences and provide support for its existing Mimecast cloud-hosted email archiving solution. This project covers 4,500 user and shared mailboxes over a five-year period. The service provider must ensure the system remains fully functional, including data indexing, retrieval, and attachment handling. Additionally, the provider must deliver training to end-users and ten ICT administrators. All data must be hosted within South Africa to ensure compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). The contract includes specific response and resolution time requirements for technical support issues.

- Must be an accredited Mimecast partner or reseller
- Must be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- Must have valid Tax Compliance status
- Must not be listed on the National Treasury register for restricted suppliers
- Must provide two references for Mimecast support experience within the last seven years
