Description

The Mpofana Local Municipality invites bids for the provision of a multi-utility prepaid vending management system for a 36-month period. The system must handle electricity, water, and gas services while integrating with the existing Sage Evolution billing infrastructure. Key deliverables include a cloud-based, secure, real-time solution that supports STS Edition 2 compliance and inclining block tariffs. The service provider will manage consumer data, meter databases, revenue protection audits, and debt recovery. The solution must be fully operational two weeks before the contract start date. The provider is required to offer 24/7/365 technical support and conduct on-site training for municipal staff. All collected revenue must be transferred to the municipality within 72 hours.
