The project involves the annual servicing of fire extinguishers, fire hose reels, and a fire hydrant over a three-year period. Key deliverables include servicing fire detection systems, issuing a Certificate of Compliance, and replacing a gas suppression control panel. Suppression cylinders require maintenance twice per year. All work must be completed at the SIU premises located at 195 Nelson Mandela Drive, Brandwag.
