The SASSETA invites service providers to submit proposals for the setup, filming, photography, editing, production, and live-streaming of various organizational events. This contract will run from the date of appointment until 31 March 2030. The work will take place as and when required by SASSETA. Key deliverables include the production of corporate, career guidance, and promotional videos, as well as professional photography services. Additionally, the service provider must design and produce corporate PowerPoint presentations and provide technical support for live-streaming hybrid and in-person events. The scope includes all setup and dismantling of equipment for these productions. Post-event production timelines are expected to be completed within 5 to 14 working days. This tender is issued by SASSETA to ensure high-quality media and event support for their ongoing operations over the next several years.
