The Western Cape Mobility Department is seeking a service provider for the three-year lease, maintenance, and repair of mobile vehicle diagnostic X-ray scanner systems. The work will be performed in the Western Cape. Key deliverables include the supply of commercial vans equipped with 225 keV X-ray backscatter technology, integrated radiation shielding, and self-contained power systems. The provider must also offer technical support, data integration with government systems, and training for traffic officials. The contract includes an option to extend for an additional three years. Implementation is expected within three to six months of the purchase order. All collected data remains the property of the department.

- Proof of insurance cover of at least R10,000,000
