FoodBev SETA invites service providers to conduct a Tracer and Impact Study to evaluate learner outcomes, labour market absorption, and occupational placement for beneficiaries from the 2021/22 to 2025/26 financial years. The project will take place in Sandton and involves cleaning approximately 34,000 learner records, conducting surveys and interviews with a sample of 5,100 learners, and performing qualitative and quantitative analysis. Key deliverables include a research methodology, a verified learner database, a final impact study report, and a three-day capacity-building workshop for the client’s Monitoring and Evaluation team. The project duration is six months. The work must be completed by a multidisciplinary team led by a researcher with an NQF level 9 qualification. The closing date for this tender is 18 September 2026 at 12:00 pm.
