The Road Accident Fund (RAF) invites service providers to conduct a Cloud Administrator Learnership Programme for six learners. This project will be delivered entirely online over a 12-month period. The service provider must manage the full learnership lifecycle, including QCTO system uploads, learner support, progress reporting, and the final issuance of certificates. Classes are scheduled from 08:00 to 16:00. The provider must ensure learners are proficient in MS Teams and provide support for those unfamiliar with virtual learning. The programme follows the Cloud Administrator NQF Level 4 curriculum (SAQA ID 118699). All deliverables, including monthly reports and the final Statement of Results, must be submitted to the RAF. The contract duration is 12 months from the date of the final signature.
