Key deliverables include the provision and maintenance of soap dispensers, automated hand dryers, hand sanitizer dispensers, sanitary pedal bins, toilet seat sanitizers, urinal sanitizers, air freshener dispensers, and dust mats. The service provider must also perform deep cleaning treatments. Services must be performed between 07:15 and 15:15, Monday to Thursday, excluding public holidays and specific year-end periods. Installation must be completed within 14 days of receiving an official order. All pricing must be firm, inclusive of VAT, and cover all operational costs. Payments will be processed monthly via electronic transfer following the submission of valid tax invoices.
