Description
The Department of Water and Sanitation needs a service provider for hygiene and sanitation services at its Kimberley and Upington offices for 36 months. The work includes supplying, installing, servicing, and maintaining items like sanitary bins, air fresheners, and soap dispensers. Installation must be completed within 3 working days, and training must follow immediately.
Requirements
- CSD registration with National Treasury required before bidding.
- Tax compliance with SARS required before bidding (via CSD, PIN, or TCS).
- Active CIPC registration required before bidding.
- Notarized lead partner agreement required for consortium/joint venture.
- Valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit required.
- Consolidated B-BBEE certificate required for trust/consortium/joint venture.
- Minimum two years of relevant experience required.
