The Passenger Rail Agency (PRASA) is requesting quotations for the rental of three heavy-duty, aluminium-framed mobile office containers. Each container must measure 12m by 3m and be internally partitioned into three separate office rooms. The units must include high-strength steel chassis, thermal insulation, heavy-duty flooring, and integrated electrical systems including LED lighting and air-conditioning units. The rental period for these units is nine months. The work will take place at 23 Kgosi Mampuru Street, Pretoria, and includes delivery, offloading, positioning, and final electrical commissioning. Bidders must provide a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty covering structural integrity and electrical workmanship. The closing date for this request is 08 October 2026 at 12:00. All pricing must be in South African Rand and remain valid for 60 working days from the closing date.
