Air Traffic and Navigation Services (ATNS) invites bids for the rental, installation, and maintenance of water dispensers, along with the supply of purified drinking water. The services are required for the East London Airport (FAEL) and Mthatha Airport (FAUT) in the Eastern Cape. The contract will run for a period of five years on an as-and-when-required basis. Key deliverables include providing energy-efficient water dispensers that offer hot, cold, and ambient water, as well as the regular delivery of 19-litre bottled water and smaller bottled water packs. The service provider must perform routine maintenance, sanitization, and filter replacements. Additionally, the provider must respond to maintenance requests within 12 hours and ensure repairs are started within 24 hours. If repairs take longer than 48 hours, temporary replacement units must be supplied to ensure continuous service.
