The Land Bank and Land Bank Insurance require a service provider to deliver a one-day Public Finance Management Act (PFMA) training programme for twenty-two executives. The training will take place at the Land Bank office in Woodmead. The scope includes designing the programme, providing all learning materials, facilitating the session, and conducting post-training evaluations and reporting. The content must cover financial governance, fiduciary duties, risk management, ethical leadership, and King IV principles. The service provider must be experienced in executive development and public sector financial management. The project must be completed by the specified closing date of 17 July 2026. The provider is responsible for all participant administration and issuing certificates of attendance.
