The Land and Agricultural Development Bank of South Africa (Land Bank) is seeking a service provider to deliver executive coaching services for a period of three years. The work will take place at the Land Bank Head Office in Centurion and through virtual platforms. Key deliverables include one-on-one and group coaching sessions, leadership development programmes, assessment feedback reporting, and progress reviews. The project aims to enhance strategic leadership, decision-making, and emotional intelligence among executives and senior management. The contract is scheduled to commence in the second quarter of 2026. Bidders must provide a full cost breakdown for all services, including travel and logistics, and ensure all pricing remains firm for the duration of the three-year agreement.
