Description

The Garden Route District Municipality invites service providers to bid for the maintenance and repair of generators and uninterruptable power supply (UPS) systems. The work will take place at municipal properties located at 54 York Street and Mission Street in George. The contract will run for a period of three years. Key deliverables include quarterly scheduled maintenance, such as engine servicing, battery testing, and load testing. The successful bidder must also provide a 24-hour emergency call-out service with a response time of two to four hours. Additionally, the scope includes the ad hoc rental of generator sets ranging from 160kVA to 200kVA as required by the municipality.
