Eskom Holdings SOC Ltd is seeking a service provider to supply a Tactical Response Team for the Matla Power Station. The contract is for a period of 3 years under an NEC3 Term Service Contract. The team will be responsible for patrolling critical plant areas, responding to high-risk incidents, providing escorts for staff, and managing public demonstrations or labor unrest. The operational requirements include a supervisor and 14 security officers per shift, supported by two 4x4 patrol vehicles. All personnel must be fully equipped with appropriate PPE and firearms. The service provider must be capable of mobilizing teams at short notice and providing regular situational reports to the Service Manager at Matla Power Station.

- Business firearm competency for 12-Bore Shotgun, 5.56 LM4 Rifle, and 9mm Pistol
- Directors must hold PSIRA Grade A/B and SAPS business competency
- Directors must possess valid Police Clearance
- Personnel must hold Regulation 79 P1/P2 and National Key Point certification
- Security personnel must undergo State Security Agency (SSA) vetting
