Johannesburg City Parks and Zoo (JCPZ) is seeking a telecommunications service provider for a one-month contract. The project involves supplying, installing, and managing a converged network infrastructure across various sites, including the Head Office, Johannesburg Zoo, depots, cemeteries, and nature reserves. Key deliverables include an MPLS solution, cloud security, VPN services, VOIP and video conferencing integration, and proactive network management. The provider must ensure 99.9% internet availability and 98% site-to-site connectivity. Additionally, the service provider will be responsible for domain hosting, email routing, and providing a single point of contact for technical support and consolidated billing. The project requires a detailed project management methodology and a formal Service Level Agreement to ensure service quality and business continuity.
