The Community Schemes Ombud Service (CSOS) is seeking a service provider to supply a hosted telephony, contact centre, and SD-WAN solution. The project covers the Head Office and various regional and satellite offices across South Africa. Key deliverables include the implementation of an omnichannel contact centre, managed connectivity, and a secure disaster recovery site. The contract will run for 36 months, including an initial implementation phase followed by ongoing maintenance and 24/7 support. The solution must support at least 250 users and integrate with existing network infrastructure.
