The successful bidder must conduct market research, screen candidates, and perform leadership assessments within the ICT, telecommunications, or state-owned sectors. Key deliverables include a shortlist of at least 10 qualified candidates, comprehensive background verifications, and scientific leadership assessments. The entire project must be completed within an eight-week timeframe. The lead consultant must have at least 10 years of executive headhunting experience and hold a minimum NQF Level 7 qualification. Bidders must also provide evidence of five successful senior placements in relevant sectors.
