The City of Johannesburg is seeking a service provider to supply and maintain an electronic management system for Compensation of Occupational Injuries and Diseases (COID) claims. This project covers the City’s core departments and eleven municipal entities. The system must track accidents, incidents, and medical accounts, while generating management reports and monitoring claim document flows. The contract duration is twelve months. The work will be performed in Johannesburg, and the tender is issued by the Group Corporate Shared Services department.
