The Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa (PRASA) is inviting quotations for the collection, repair, testing, and calibration of various technical instruments. The work will be performed for the PRASA maintenance depots located in Braamfontein and Wolmerton. The scope covers 26 different types of equipment, including multimeters, torque wrenches, vernier callipers, and various testing cameras. The successful service provider must ensure that all equipment is repaired and returned to service within 10 working days after being notified of a defect. The tender is valid for 90 working days from the closing date of 07 July 2026. This project aims to maintain the operational accuracy of critical maintenance tools used by the rail agency.
