The Road Accident Fund (RAF) is seeking an accredited Ivanti support partner to provide maintenance and support for Ivanti Neurons for Enterprise Service Management. The contract duration is twelve months. The scope includes renewing maintenance with the original equipment manufacturer, applying security patches, performing version upgrades, and providing 100 hours of technical support. The service provider will also conduct training and develop reports as needed. The work will be managed from the RAF Head Office in Centurion. This tender is subject to the 80/20 preference point system.
