The Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) invites authorized Nintex Business Partners to bid for the upgrade of its K2 application and the provision of software licenses. The work will take place at the CIPC campus in Pretoria. The project involves upgrading the K2 application across development, quality assurance, and production environments, as well as supplying 200 K2 licenses for a three-year period. The upgrade must be performed by the Original Equipment Manufacturer. All pricing must be firm and inclusive of VAT for the full duration of the contract. The closing date for submissions is 6 July 2026 at 11:00 AM.

- CSD registration — Registration on the Central Supplier Database — required to do business with government.
- Registered company — An active CIPC-registered company in good standing.
- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
- B-BBEE certificate — A B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit confirming your contribution level.
- VAT registration — A registered VAT vendor number with SARS.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).
