The Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) invites bids for a turnkey service provider to manage the 2027 Corporate Registers Forum (CRF) International Conference. The project spans two years and requires the successful bidder to handle end-to-end event management for approximately 250 delegates in Cape Town. Key deliverables include venue sourcing, program management, technical and hybrid access, marketing, financial governance, and logistics for VIPs and speakers. The service provider must manage social functions, ensure safety and security compliance, and provide comprehensive reporting. The work will take place in Cape Town, with the final proposal to be submitted at the CIPC offices in Pretoria. The project requires a high level of professional experience in hosting large-scale international events and includes a mandatory security screening for all company directors and assigned staff by the State Security Agency.

- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
- B-BBEE certificate — A B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit confirming your contribution level.
- Letter of Good Standing — COID registration and a Letter of Good Standing from the Compensation Fund.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).
