The Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO) is inviting bids for the supply of four individual Reference Management Software licenses for its Research and Analysis Unit. The project aims to improve document storage, team collaboration, and the integration of citations into research reports. Key deliverables include software that supports user collaboration, provides at least 6GB of storage per user, and includes an MS Word plug-in for generating formatted reference lists. The successful service provider will work under the Deputy Director of Research and Analysis and must be available to assist the QCTO IT department with software installation if needed. The contract term for these licenses is 12 months. All quotations must be submitted by 05 October 2026 at 11:00 am.
