The Musina-Makhado Special Economic Zone (MMSEZ) is seeking a panel of professional architectural service providers for a 36-month contract. The work will take place at the MMSEZ North Site in Antonvilla, Musina. The scope covers the full project life cycle, including inception, design, procurement, and contract administration. Key requirements include a focus on energy-efficient, sustainable green design and compliance with EPWP labour-intensive guidelines. The service provider may also act as the Principal Agent. Bidders must demonstrate at least 10 years of company experience and ensure the firm is under the full-time supervision of registered professionals. The lead architect must have 15 years of post-qualification experience, supported by a team of three additional registered professionals.
