The Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) is seeking to appoint a panel of ten service providers for the provision of food and catering services. The work will take place at the FSCA offices in Pretoria. The contract will run for two years, starting in October 2026. Selected providers will supply meals, beverages, and catering equipment, and manage cleaning and hygiene at service stations. The service includes catering for various dietary and religious requirements. No food preparation is allowed on-site. Service providers will be selected on a rotational basis and must provide quotations within 24 hours of a request. Bidders must have at least five years of corporate catering experience and provide qualified project management and supervisory staff.

- CSD registration — Registration on the Central Supplier Database — required to do business with government.
- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
- Letter of Good Standing — COID registration and a Letter of Good Standing from the Compensation Fund.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).
