Description

The National Regulator for Compulsory Specifications (NRCS) invites bids for the migration of its SharePoint 2019 website to SharePoint Online. The project includes website modernization, UX/UI design, AI chatbot integration, and social media connectivity. The successful service provider will also provide 24 months of maintenance, support, and staff training. Work will be performed remotely or at NRCS facilities as required. Key deliverables include a migration report, a fully configured SharePoint environment, and monthly performance analytics. The project duration is 24 months, with a project initiation phase starting within two weeks of appointment.

  • Technical team must hold NQF level 6 IT and Microsoft 365 certifications
