Description

The National Agricultural Marketing Council (NAMC) invites bids for the appointment of a service provider to manage its Information and Communication Technology (ICT) services for a three-year period. The work will be performed at the NAMC offices in Hillcrest, Pretoria. Key deliverables include full support and maintenance of the ICT environment, covering infrastructure, server management, network services, disaster recovery, website maintenance, and service desk operations. The service provider must manage approximately 70 users, 90 endpoints, and various software licenses. The contract requires monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reporting.
