The contractor must provide skilled labour, tools, and transport, with a requirement to respond to standard requests within 24 hours and immediately for emergencies. The project requires adherence to strict safety, health, and quality management standards, including the submission of service plans and compliance with Eskom’s Life Saving Rules. Successful bidders must also commit to skills development for unemployed candidates and report on job creation throughout the contract term.
