Statistics South Africa (Stats SA) is seeking a consultant to provide Knowledge Management (KM) services for a period of six months. The work involves developing and implementing a Knowledge Management strategy, managing organizational change, and utilizing digital KM systems. The consultant must engage at an executive level to ensure successful delivery. The project will be evaluated using an 80/20 scoring system, where 80 points are for price and 20 points are for specific socio-economic goals, including black ownership, women-owned businesses, youth-owned businesses, and businesses owned by people with disabilities. The consultant must hold an NQF 7 qualification plus a specialized diploma or certificate in Knowledge Management. Furthermore, the consultant must demonstrate at least five years of experience in strategy development and ten years in KM implementation. All services must be delivered professionally, and the consultant must be prepared to provide detailed reporting and evidence of their expertise throughout the contract duration.
