The Mine Health and Safety Council (MHSC) is seeking a service provider for certified data sanitisation and e-waste recycling of ICT assets. The work will be performed on an ad-hoc basis over a thirty-six-month period. Key deliverables include the irreversible destruction of data from storage media and the environmentally compliant disposal of electronic waste. The provider must supply detailed asset registers, signed chain of custody forms, and official certificates of destruction for every batch processed. All services must be completed within specific timeframes following the receipt of a purchase order. This contract aims to ensure secure data handling and legal waste management compliance for the council.
