The lease period is 9 years and 11 months. The required space is 876.25m² with 70 parking bays, located within 2km of the General Justice Gizenga Mpanza Memorial Regional Hospital. The building must meet B-Grade standards and include backup water and electricity. The successful bidder must refurbish the space to client specifications and provide a comprehensive maintenance plan for the duration of the lease.
