Sasria invites service providers to submit proposals for the supply, installation, and maintenance of hygiene equipment and consumables. The contract will run for a period of 36 months. The work will be performed at the Sasria offices located in Illovo, Johannesburg. Key deliverables include the provision of hygiene equipment, regular supply and refilling of consumables, weekly deep cleaning of sanitary facilities, and monthly pest control services. Additionally, the service provider must perform quarterly carpet and window cleaning, as well as monthly infection control through decontamination fogging. All sanitary waste must be removed and disposed of on a weekly basis. The project requires a dedicated supervisor to manage the services. All installations must be completed within three days and must occur during standard working hours. Proposals must remain valid for 150 days following the closing date of 30 September 2026.
