Description

The Railway Safety Regulator (RSR) is inviting service providers to conduct an Occupational Health and Safety Baseline Risk Assessment. The project involves identifying, analyzing, and evaluating hazards related to RSR office functions, travel, and field operations, such as railway safety inspections and investigations. The goal is to create an organizational risk profile that ensures compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and ISO 45001:2018 standards. The appointed lead must have at least five years of experience in safety risk assessments and hold relevant qualifications in health, safety, or environmental management. Bidders must achieve a minimum functionality score of 70 points, covering their methodology, competency, and references. The work will be performed for the RSR, and all responses must be submitted by 10h00 on 14 September 2026.
