Description

The National Regulator for Compulsory Specifications (NRCS) is seeking a service provider to cleanse and update its customer database of approximately 19,200 entries. The project will take place over a 12-month period. Key deliverables include verifying customer existence, updating contact details, identifying inactive businesses, and providing monthly database reports. The initial database update must be finished within six months, followed by six months of ongoing maintenance and query resolution. The service provider must respond to NRCS queries within two days. This contract aims to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the NRCS customer address book.
