The National Research Foundation (NRF) is seeking a service provider to conduct a stakeholder engagement assessment. The project involves updating the NRF Stakeholder Engagement Strategy through analysis, mapping, and evaluation of partnership models. The work requires site visits to NRF business units in Pretoria, Makhanda, and Cape Town. Key deliverables include a partnership framework, a monitoring and evaluation system, and a comprehensive assessment report. The contract duration is 12 months, with the core work expected to be completed within 6 months. Bidders must demonstrate expertise in the Science, Technology, and Innovation (STI) sector and provide evidence of similar past projects.

- Letter of Good Standing — COID registration and a Letter of Good Standing from the Compensation Fund.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).
