The National Research Foundation (NRF) is seeking a panel of service providers to perform technical assessments and performance oversight for partner contracts. This work will take place across various locations as required by the NRF over a five-year period. Key deliverables include conducting independent performance reviews, monitoring contract milestones, managing risks, and performing impact assessments on partner projects. The NRF will use a rotation system to assign tasks to the appointed panel members. Bidders must demonstrate expertise in science, technology, and innovation, and provide evidence of past project reviews conducted on the African continent.

- CSD registration — Registration on the Central Supplier Database — required to do business with government.
- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
- Letter of Good Standing — COID registration and a Letter of Good Standing from the Compensation Fund.

- Project Lead: NQF level 7 and 3 years relevant experience
- Team Member: Master degree in STI and 2 years experience
- Proven experience in multi-country project reviews or impact assessments
