The provider must be available at all times to receive orders at short notice. Deliverables include specific meal categories ranging from full meals to sandwiches, all provided with juice and disposable cutlery. The service provider must be reachable by phone to coordinate deliveries. All meals must be packed in durable, biodegradable containers. Payments will be processed within 30 days of invoice submission, and no upfront payments will be made.

- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).
